He held to his estimates for work completed and was fair with charges for additional work that was needed due to unforeseen conditions or our requests. Due to some odd choices in the original construction of our home, we used custom cabinetry to maximize space and storage and Scott having an affiliated cabinet shop to handle this part of the project seamlessly was quite valuable."

Our kitchen, breakfast room and laundry room project was not so “straight forward” because our home is very old (Spanish bungalow, circa 1936). I had very strong ideas and expectations. Scott
respected me and did not try to influence me except where he could do things more cost efficiently without sacrificing quality.Project started and completed within promised time, even with some good
size change orders I requested mid-stream. Scott remained true to his contract price on all the items.
The permit was finalled without any call-backs!
