Scott Trudel
President + CEO
Scott Trudel is a native of San Jose, CA. He is also EPA + Lead paint certified, Green certified, and Lead certified. Scott Trudel founded the company and brings his vast experience in project management, craftsmanship and managerial expertise that have navigated Trudel Construction Inc. to its current position. Scott oversees each project from conceptual, site planning and budgeting to turnover and occupancy, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness and timeliness of each project.

Construction Laborer
Construction Laborer
Construction Laborer
As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines, load and unload frequently heavy materials, and follow directions from supervisors and other skilled tradesmen. To do well in this role you should be physically fit, reliable, and be a hard worker.
Construction Laborer Responsibilities:

Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.
-
Help equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary.
-
Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
-
Load or unload construction materials.
-
Put together and take apart temporary structures, such as scaffolding.

Remove, fill, or compact earth.
-
Follow instructions from supervisors.
-
Assist craft workers.

Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary.

Perform site clean-up.
Construction Laborer Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license.

Be at least 18 years of age.

High school diploma.
-
Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.

Ability to work in all weather.

Workers must be punctual and reliable.

Must have experience as a general laborer in the construction industry.
Residential Superintendent
We are looking for an experienced Residential Superintendent with excellent time management skills. The Superintendent's responsibilities include managing staff, project management, and ordering needed supplies for construction.

To be successful as a superintendent you should have excellent communication skills and natural leadership abilities. A good superintendent manages construction schedules and site activities on time and efficiently.

Superintendent Responsibilities:

Hire and manage staff.

Order construction supplies.

Ensure that schedules are adhered to.

Liaise with building owners and tenants.

Ensure that safety guidelines are adhered to.
Superintendent Requirements:

Proficiency with scheduling software, and CAE and CAD applications.

Excellent leadership skills.

Prior experience with project management.

Excellent interpersonal skills.
Construction Apprentice
As a Construction Apprentice, you will work under the direction and guidance of experienced Team Leaders, support the delivery of our construction projects, and achieve the skills and experience to become a fully operational construction tradesperson. This is an opportunity for individuals to work as a multi-skilled operative, within some of the following disciplines:
Carpentry and Joinery; Painting and Decorating; Plumbing; Bricklaying; Wall and Floor Tiling; Plastering
You will develop a broad understanding of the construction industry including workplace safety, providing customer service, moving and handling resources as well as demonstrating practical skills in various elements.

Construction Apprentice Responsibilities:

Carry out relevant trade duties on responsive and planned works as requested to Trudel Construction specifications and standards.

Repairs and restoration work on houses and other properties.

Build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, customers and managers to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of projects.

Load and unload materials and equipment as directed.

Use authorized equipment provided with due care and attention and as supervised.

Work as part of a team and use materials safely.
Construction Apprentice Requirements:
